Class-T® Amplifiers
His trick was to pulse the signal almost a million times per second instead of the typical Class D's 100,000 per second. This made it easier to design high quality output filters that have very little effect on the audio band. He christened it Class-T® amplification and introduced the Tripath chip. With the audio fidelity of Class AB and the power efficiency of Class D amplifiers, it was the beginning of an audio phenomenon!
